Draft for the test phase. Before the public launch it will be completed with the legal entity, its address and a contact address, and reviewed.
Who we are
Unposted helps you find organizations, prepare applications, send them from your own Gmail and follow the answers. It is run by its founder, Filippo Nepi, during the test phase.
What we store
- Your account: email address and a password managed by our login provider (we never see it).
- Your profile, your CV and the documents you upload, and their short summaries.
- Your applications, contacts, drafts, notes, the organization research you run, and the history of each application.
- If you connect Gmail: your Gmail address and the access Google gives the app (stored encrypted); a copy of each email you send from the app; for imported and answered applications, the sender, subject, date and Gmail's short preview of the messages. The full text of emails is not stored.
- Records of the AI features you used (feature, model, amount), used for costs and plan limits.
What we do with it
- To provide the service you ask for: searches, drafts, checks, sending, import and reply tracking.
- Nothing is sent from your Gmail without your confirmation. Emails are read only when you allow reading, and only those in the conversations of your applications (and your sent emails during an import).
- We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with other users.
- Legal basis: performing the service you signed up for; for Gmail, your explicit permission.
Services that process your data for us
- Supabase: database, login and file storage, in the European Union (Ireland).
- Vercel: runs the website; our server code runs in Dublin, Ireland.
- Anthropic (Claude): the AI that writes drafts and summaries. It receives the text needed for each task (for example your CV and profile for a draft, or an email conversation for its summary). Anthropic is based in the United States; it does not use this data to train its models.
- Google: Gmail, only if you connect it.
Google user data
Unposted's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide the features you see in the app, never for advertising, and is not read by people except when you ask for help or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your data and files are deleted at once; records of AI usage are kept without any link to you, only for cost statistics. Disconnecting Gmail deletes the stored access immediately.
Your rights
You can download all your data and delete your account at any time from CV & Profile, and correct your data in the app. You can also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
